  1. How do I do all these movements?? is this something you're doin? I'm trying to think about how to move and have a good posture... but I forget once and a while...been thinking if it is my back muscles that need some exercise to pull my shoulders back and down..hmm..

  2. you can google alexander technique. there is alot of information and facts out there - also for riders. i wanna do more research about it and use it in my daily life :)
